Thank you for reaching out! We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original condition. To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please note: As per company policy, if the item is damaged or if a wrong item was sent, kindly provide pictures for reference. After approval by our Quality Department, a prepaid return label will be issued.
The time period for an order’s cancellation can only be processed within 24 hours. If a tracking number has already been assigned to your order, it may have been handed over to the shipping company, and at this point, it will not be possible to proceed with cancellation.
However, you do have the option to return the article once received. We will process your request as per your instructions for either an exchange or a refund.
If your order has surpassed 1 week and the tracking status shows no movement, we can make an exception for cancellation. This could be due to the preorder status causing a delay or because the item is in transit from the factory to the warehouse

Our products are true to fit, and we recommend measuring your chest or belly/stomach (if larger than your chest) to determine your size. Check the size chart to see where your measurements fall and consider choosing one size up for a comfortable and perfect fit.
Please note: Each Motogrip gear article comes with a unique size chart so it is important to consult the size chart for every different article.
To ensure the longevity of your leather apparel, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. Use a damp cloth to clean and apply a leather conditioner periodically to maintain the material’s quality
Shipping
Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS, Fedex or DHL. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Normal delivery takes 7-10 business days, while priority delivery is available for an additional charge and will be delivered within 7-10 business days. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are sending out international orders through UPS only. It is possible you may need to pay extra fees when your package is going through custom clearance.
International orders are subject to the customs fees and import taxes of the destination country.
Returns - Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: BLACKTOP GEAR will only provide a return label in case of product damage or any incorrect item with in 30 days of the order date. For a regular return and exchange you are responsible for shipping the item to BLACKTOP GEAR, we will take care of the shipping fee when sending back to you.
You can process the return / exchange online within 30 days of item received from the link below. Item must be in original package and have tags attached with a copy of your receipt. You will receive a RA# and return address.

International shipping returns
Due to the increased cost of shipping outside of the United States and duties imposed by other countries. If you need to return an item, you will need to cover the cost to do so unless BLACKTOP Gear has shipped you an incorrect item.
Custom Items
All custom vests / Jackets/ items are handmade. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on custom items. Double check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
