Design & Build

Chaps are leg protection you pull on over your normal trousers. The shell is genuine leather with a hand-rubbed vintage-brown finish that reads broken-in from day one. The open-seat, over-trouser design means they add wind and abrasion protection to the front and sides of your legs without the heat of a full leather trouser.

An adjustable leather belt with grommets and a buckle sets the waist, and the leg opening at the ankle closes with snaps so they pull on and off over boots. A slash thigh pocket gives you somewhere to stash keys or a phone, and the legs are cut long to cover down to the boot.

The leather is substantial enough for real road use while staying supple, and the distressed finish keeps developing character with wear.
