The Blacktop Gear Vintage B-6 Bomber Leather Jacket is a men's flight jacket in real cowhide leather with a faux shearling hooded collar and cuffs, viscose lining and four pockets. Brown. Handmade to order in sizes S to 5XL at $220, with free delivery within the USA.
Design & Build
The B-6 is the lighter cousin of the B-3. Where the B-3 is full shearling and built for unheated bombers at altitude, the B-6 uses leather with shearling only at the collar and cuffs — warm where it matters, without the bulk. That makes it the more wearable of the two patterns for riding and for everyday winter use.
The outer is real cowhide. The collar is a hooded shearling-look design that turns up against wind, and matching cuffs seal the sleeves. A viscose lining keeps it smooth to put on over a sweater. Four pockets in total — two outside, two inside — and a full-length zip front.

How it is worn
Over a sweater or hoodie with dark denim and boots. Because the B-6 has a slimmer profile than a B-3, it also works over a shirt without looking oversized. Collar up in wind, down the rest of the time.

What is the difference between a B-3 and a B-6 bomber jacket?
A B-3 is full sheepskin with shearling throughout — heavier, warmer, bulkier. A B-6 is leather with shearling at the collar and cuffs only. The B-6 is lighter, slimmer and easier to wear on a bike or every day; the B-3 is the warmer of the two.
Is the leather real?
Yes — real cowhide. The collar and cuffs use faux shearling, which is stated openly here rather than implied.
