Design & Build

This is a leather shirt, not a heavy jacket. The shell is genuine sheepskin — a soft, supple lambskin that hangs like fabric and breaks in fast, so it moves with you instead of standing stiff off the shoulders. The brown has an antique, hand-rubbed depth that reads darker at the edges and warmer through the body.

The cut follows a classic Western shirt. A pointed shirt collar sits at the neck, a curved yoke runs across the chest and shoulders front and back, and the front closes with a row of press studs behind a clean placket rather than buttons you have to work one-handed. Two chest pockets with snap flaps sit either side of the placket, and the long sleeves finish in snap barrel cuffs.

The hem is a shaped shirttail, longer at the back, so it sits right whether you leave it out over jeans or tuck it in. Worn open over a tee it works as a light leather overshirt; snapped up it is a shirt in its own right. There is no bulky lining — the softness is the point.
